Yes, you need to be a non-passenger carrying, luggage-free rider. We are out there though!

I FOUND IT! In my drunken rage I thought that I tossed it in the garbage. I tried, but I found it behind the garbage can in a odd corner of the garage. Apparently I am not as good as a shot as I thought. This little bastard is taunting me like the "elf on the shelf" at Christmas. I don't seem to understand either! ;-)

No, but in GB the majority of policing is done by cameras (what they call Automatic Number Plate Recognition) which checks against the government databases for insurance which is compulsory, road tax (annual payment), annual 'MoT' road-worthiness test for vehicles over 3 years old, plus markers for previous offences, use in crime, etc, etc. If the cameras in a police vehicle can't read your plate it's an automatic stop and fine because they know the fixed cameras, of which there are thousands, won't be able to identify you either, which means the so-called 'safety' (i.e. speed) cameras will struggle as well. Unfortunately a lot of the police don't know the regs about number plates either and are convinced the 'standard' manufactured plate size is actually a legal requirement, which it aint.

It looks like we may have enough interested riders to justify a third production run. I've reached out via email to everyone who has expressed their interest;- please check your inbox and get back to me. Cheers - Cam

"*^*^&*(W#^$*^&(*#$V" Tidy Tail! :lemo: I keep looking at mine and the stripped plastic bullshit and I have pulled out the Osolating cutting tool to cut the OEM at least 30 times since I bought it, lost it (tried throwing it away and found it by missing the garbage can! I appreciate those that can. This is the biggest easiest and stupid mechanical nemesis to me ever! really unscrew and rescrew and I still cannot do it :sorrow:)

NZ this is not directed to you but to myself for not reading the instruction first! For those of you that are patient please read the instruction first and spray the plastic bits with something that will loosen the lock tite! You will be happy with NZ's efforts. I am hanging NZ's Tidy bit on a hall of shame for me and will either find a way or have someone that understands plastic vs. metal mount it as I do not comprehend the two! Or I get drunk and use the cutting tool and wake up looking for a new OEM tail piece and not being able to ride until I do because I no longer have a license plate!:stung:

p.s. I hate plastic and it hates me no matter the application "Car or Bike"

Bubba, did you try the wide-mouth vice-grips idea? If that was unsuccessful, I really recommend taking it to your mechanic, either as part of your next schedule service or if the frustration is high enough (or you're mates with someone with a full workshop), a special visit. My local motowizard has all kinds of weird and wonderful tools for getting hard to reach places, or unjamming things that are jammed/sealed/rusted/loctite'd.

So this looks pretty snazzy. Do you still have any available? I just picked up a 2014 today and that tail is huge, that was the first thing I addressed with my M109R. I'm in the US for shipping estimate, 76082 to be exact.

    Thanks

The order went out to the laser-cutters last week for Prod-Run #3, and there will be extras made - shoot me an email with your address and details so that I can let you know when they're assembled, powdercoated, and ready to send.

    Cheers - Cam (nz.cam@hotmail.com)

As of today (June 20), there are 14 tail tidies from Production Run #3 still up for grabs. If you want to snap one up for AUD $75 plus postage, let me know via email ASAP (nz.cam@hotmail.com). Meanwhile, check out Grum's sexy-looking ride with its' new tidy, and IXIL pipe.
