Anybody from the States or Canada ship with Canadapost?

I bought a 929 shock off eBay and it is being shipped from Quebec via Canada Post. I'm wondering if anyone from the U.S. or Canada could shed some light on what i can expect as far as delivery times across the border. Also will it show up on my doorstep or will i have to go somewhere and pick it up? I have a tracking number and all their website says is it was accepted on 12/28.

The guy i bought it from says it should take 11 days max.

 

I wouldn't get to excited until about 18 days out or so, I bought my headlamp cowl & side panels from a guy in BC. Took around 2 1/2 weeks to get, standard post for international shipping sucks because you can't track the package once it leaves the country of orgin. But it is way cheaper than UPS or Fed Ex, by @ least 50-60%.

 

I have shipped a few items into the states. Shipping time was less than 2 weeks. Canada Post told me it would take about 10 buisness days.

 

Thanks guys, at least I have an idea of what to expect. I'll just have to be patient.
