Jiminy tap dancing cricket, Simon Crafar puts me to sleep and looks really uncomfortable on camera.
Zarco into the the 129's!
And everybody said it looked like a Ducati track on paper.........Tito Rabat, yeah F'n Tito RABAT, faster than the Yamaha's, what a difference a year makes.
Not faster than Zarco.
As much as I like Zarco, I'm guessing Yamaha have no intention of letting a guy on a satellite team, with a 2 year old chassis, outclass the factory bikes. By mid season, the truth will be known.
Got some bad news today.
Pete Xenakis was killed today at the WERA Season Opener at TGP. His bike stalled on the start grid and he was hit from behind. He ran Xact track day org. Some of you southern guys might have rode track or raced with him. I did 4 track day events of his, all ran top notch. He was a close friend of LDH and use to do all of his ROGUE racing track day events at Barber before he started his own company. Gave us great discounts at Barber and was an excellent coach.
Sorry to hear Gator, sounds like he was a good guy and helped a lot of riders. R.I.P. Pete
Pete ran an excellent track day. Leading up to an event you could always get in touch with him.
I rode many of his events, hated it when he got out of the 'business'. He'll be missed. This, and losing Kurt (cowboy), a great coach/guy, last year, just sux.
Wow, looks like Syahrin will be taking Folgers spot at Tech 3.

Dovi loves it. Lorenzo is still struggling.
What a difference a year makes, Vinales and Lorenzo both struggling. Jorge made a stack and didn't win a race and Vinales ended up on his dream Yamaha that turned into a nightmare.
Pecco Bagnaia to Pramac Ducati for 2019 & 2020......so long, Petrux.
Bombshell: Yamaha And Tech3 To Part Ways For 2019 - Who Takes Yamahas, Who Supplies Tech3?
Yamaha may rue the day they lose Herves team as he runs a great bunch of blokes and usually produces the goods, if he goes to KTM it can only be good for MotoGP,the Japanese teams seem to have some strange ideas about things sometimes, continually delivering bikes late and teams struggling to get them up and running same in WSB with the new Fireblade
WSBK starts this weekend in Australia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yep, watched Race 1 yesterday.
I was out of town working last week and forgot about it. I’ll watch all of it this weekend. Should be interesting with all the new rules.
I hope to see the new Duc V4 make a few races near the end of the year. Next year could be good for Ducati if they get enough time in this year.
