It was a superb race indeed. Not going to post results for those that didn’t get chance to see it.

Presently watching a review of 1988 Gp. Goodness how things have changed.

Just learned I don't need cable, Bein, or even MotoGP.com subscription, as long as I have Youtube.

I’m pretty sure we’ll be seeing a lot more races like this...at least I hope so.

Brake failure is a big fear of mine, probably why I just overhauled the CBR's again. Guy died at my local track a few years ago, brakes failed on the back straight which is crazy fast, usually 6th gear at the limiter.

The first half of race 2 was crazy. Whats up with Marco's bike? Reminds me of Stoner in GP on the Duc.

The commentators were saying it’s being doing that for a while now and they haven’t figured out how to fix the issue. One attempt was adding a bit of foam filler between the rear cowl and Marco so he can push up against it to allow him to “push” the rear down some, ultimately that didn’t work so they removed it. Whatever it is, I know I’d be changing my under garments if that happened to me on every fast straight! That shit is crazy!

Was trying to figure out what Rae’s issue was, looked like he was having brake issues, at least according to his after race interview.

I think Camier is doing a great job but just not quite there yet.

Yeah Marco was having the same problem at Phillip Island. I too would be crapping my leathers! Sykes dropped out of the race with brake issues and it sure looked like Rea was having issues too, he ran in too hot a LOT of times. He had the pace to win up until then.

Great seeing the Honda competitive. How about the Yamaha's? Doing very well.

Yeah, last year the Yammies were starting to show better, MVDM seems to do well every now and then but nice placing for both riders this last race. As far as Rae, I kept seeing him go wide and thought, "This isn't like him to be making so many mistakes", now it makes sense. I wonder if the Kawi riders two have the same braking maker as Jorge has?! Like you mentioned, braking is my number one worry at the track.

Sykes pulled in with "front end problems" and the bike was covered in Showa techs trying to do something quick ... so I think it's safe to say that Rae had similar problems but could ride through it

Lowes and Van Der Mark gave a perfect show of what 2 accomplished racers can do on the same bike, Kawasaki must be looking on in envy

Looks like two different issues, Rae with a brake issue and Tom with suspension. Either way, bummer for Kawasaki, wonder if Ducati can resolve Marco's issue.
