Finally a bit of spring here. Got out for a couple of rides with my oldest son who has been working in NH and is home for the weekend. It was his first ride on the '14 after putting miles on my '98. He really likes it!

Stumbled on your eBay listing while cruising around the internet looking for can for my 2014. Ordered the 1.25 just because I know my 6.3' body would have killed me if I order the smaller ones. Now the race is on to see what arrives first, my bike or these risers. :eek-new:

Guys I rode my 2014 from Texas back to Cali and after 1600 I will say my 6'3 frame is sooooooooooooooooo happy I picked these up BEFORE I left. I've had Helibars and GenMar on my prev VFRs and must say it's a very good third option for far less. Thanks again MotoPump, well worth it:glee:

Just got my new '14 VFR on Friday. Ordered the large ones late Friday evening, and they came today (Monday)! A nice surprise after arriving home from the MotoGP races in Indy yesterday. I'll update once I have a chance to put them on and see how they feel, but so far I'm impressed with the service and the apparent quality!

Update: Install was a snap except they were a little tight so I had to lube them. Went for a short ride, but only got about a mile and it started pouring rain so I headed back. Felt pretty good, though, and I'm sure I will like them better than stock. Can't compare to the smaller Honda ones because I never had them.

These are for '14 and '15 only. The bars on the previous years are quite different. What year is yours?

Fitted the risers this afternoon. Took ten minutes, including time to get the toolbox out and have a smoke....excellent product. Will test ride when the storms have passed.....

Any chance of warranty problems fitting these?

 

Depending on what kind of warranty problem you are expecting, would say it would be along the same lines as fitting a screen, exhaust etc.

 

Not sure how there could be. They are functionally identical to the risers Honda offers, just available in 3 heights instead of one height.

darn - saw your .6 on ebay and didn't know you had the 1.25 - oh well now i will have both!!
