Can you upgrade a 2010 dct bike to 2012 dct computer?

I read that they corrected some things on the DCT for the 2012 model year. The most important to me being once you override either "auto" mode to do a quick manual shift, it reverts you back into "auto" mode again. Now, if I do a manual shift, it switches me into manual mode and I have to remember to put it back into drive or sport again... I have the DCT on my 2014 ctx700 as well and I am now used to it staying in auto mode after manual overrides. Is there a dealership reflash or swap to a newer brainbox that will accomplish this, or is it not able to be updated???
