Lost out on my 6th gen seat, went for 138 with backrest. I was the highest bidder, watching the time count down, but didnt get it. Got to learn how to use it.
bid late. if people see lots of bidding they want to bid. if they see it sitting with no bids they think its not worth bidding on. they determine the value of the item based on what other people think of it which is stupid. they will have less time to react if you bid in the last 30 seconds. set a timer on your phone. have your pc and your phone open ready to bid in case you get countered in the last couple seconds while the page is loading. of course, all this comes secondary to deciding what the item is worth to you and you alone. remember that by bidding after you've been outbid, you are not adding value to your first bid, you are merely adding cost to an item you aren't yet obligated to pay for.
