Hi, guys, i'm not sure if I have ever posted here, but if I haven't my apologies.

    I have a 2000 VFR800 Fi-Y

And my flexible PCB has finally died RIP.

I have managed to re-wire the dash but am having issues with the Fi Light, I've used LED bulbs to replace the halogen bulbs but for some reason, the Fi Light is glowing, I've tried different resistors and LED Bulbs and i either get a light on Glow or no light.

Has anyone here ever managed to re-wire the instrument cluster, can anyone shed some light (pardon the pun) on my issues.

I've fixed some corroded parts of the dash and replaced lights with led ones with no issues whatsoever
Anyway i didnt replace the turn, fi and neutral lights from the dash. Did you replace those by led ones?

If my memory serves me well, the fi light is a part of the system itself, and maybe it cannot be a led one.
Try to use the old one to see if it works well.

I did think that and tried it out with a halogen, but it wouldn't do anything
