If memory serves me right, Delkevic on their eBay store periodically has a few items below their retail, what you saw may pop up on their eBay site. As far as Delkevic goes, there are a few members here that have tired them and are very happy with the end results. A few others thought the fit and finish was a little lacking but were otherwise happy with the sound.

Ahh so the longer ones... so the shorter should be really loud :) im used to my vmax with a kirker 4-1 with a competition baffle so louder is better for the deep V4 sound

9" are louder than the 8", they say. Want even louder/bassier? Do what I did and get their downpipe setup as well.

9" description - Delkevic SS70 9” oval silencers are made from high grade 304 Stainless Steel with the same care and attention to detail we apply to all Delkevic silencers. They have a big 2 3/4 inch (70mm) outlet and 2 inch (50.8mm) inlet. They are short, open, crisp and LOUD with the baffle removed, but with neighborhood friendly "db" levels with the baffle in.

8" description - Delkevic Mini 8" silencers are made from a pre-formed composite carbon fiber sleeve and high grade 304 Stainless Steel. They have a large slash cut outlet highly polished both inside and outside. These silencers are short and aggressive sounding with the baffle removed but with neighborhood friendly "db" levels with the new baffle in.

I got these. They are good quality and are LOUD. I have not installed the DB killers yet cause I love the sound of the V4. Had a little issue intalling it w the CW fender eliminator, but all went well. 2 thumbs up

I have the 14" stainless Delk on my 5th gen. For touring, I would not want to go any louder. Baffle in is just right for sounding good and being able to tolerate it for long periods. Baffle out is great for stirring the soul.

I put the headers and the minis on and the header as well. love the sound just a pain in the ass with the set up of the engine and the header pipes. But i am entirely content with mine. The sound is loud and beastly and my friend said it sounded like a big pissed off 4 stroke haha.
