hi guys just got my hands on a 2008 vfr abs looking for shop manual . I have a bike shop here in Cambodia called outside the box bike shop located in Sihanoukville . I got this bike in very bad condition ! I took it apart completely , just finished reseating the valves . This bike will get a major transformation ! All plastics gone and the back frame gone as well I will post pics as it goes back together . You guys can also have a look on fb cheers

Eric good to have you on the list. I thought, and correct me if I am wrong that most bikes in Asia usually are under 450cc. Am I incorrect? Good Luck with the project and its great that you have a shop.

Welcome. I'm sure you can find a shop manual online somewhere, probably free.
Lacking pics, I google mapped your city. Looks like some very pretty coastline.
And at least 1 interesting looking old temple, I'll guess it is. But also modern looking tall buildings.

This is the one I use. I used to use Photobucket as did so many people here but they changed the rules about 1 1/2 years ago where they won't allow you to post your photos to a site anymore unless you became a paid subscriber. This site lost a ton of really good photos as a result of that change of photobucket policy. I copied and saved all my photobucket pix to my computer then erased my account with them. So far imgur is working fine with me and post up here.

How could anyone let these bikes get into that shape? What did the previous owner do with that bike. Ride it through the ocean and leave it there to rust? looks like you have your work cut out for you.

You should start a rebuild thread in the Mechanics Garage section of this site. Several here a do like following builds and restorations. You can load it up with photos as you go a long and give a write up with each photo.
