I saw a post on here, but can’t find it now. I’ve got a 1990 vfr750 and in the process of going naked.

Is it possible to replace the stock coils with coil on plugs? The post I saw mentioned doing this with the coil packs from a gsxr750 and connectors from a CBR1000.

Sure, i f you're carrying around alot of excess cash, but not all are, so.........................

with some simple wiring mods a 8th grader could do, you can use some real creativity to hide the stock coils in a remote location. just need longer wires and some plugs you can find anywhere.

where you hiding the coolant bottle ?

check for ideas with search, as some nice VFR streetfighter mods have appeared here but fewer than half look good to me. o_O

Not sure if thet fit the 750, but this is how they fit the 5G.
2006 GSXR750 coils with CBR1000RR wiring (which has the same colour coding as the 5G).
Much lighter and much cleaner then the old 1950's design coil packs.
