How many of us VFR riders are within a 0-8 hr distance and looking to group together for day or weekend rides? in any of our states! Mine is getting new rubber, installing the pipe and looking for riding partners this season which is coming soon.

I'm in Denver and always dreaming of new destinations. Yellowstone, Chief Joseph is not my long bucket list. Utah would be dope, especially earlier in the season.

Duccman, What are you saying? Something in Colorado. Let me know I am in if possible. The last long ride I had with the GPz1100 was in your fine state that included Independence pass if I can remember. It was in 1997.

Come on people, there has to be more than 2 of us willing to get together in Utah, Colorado or Wyoming! Tuitus and duccman thanks. I cannot believe that I am the only VFR rider in Utah no matter the generation or 1200 or 800.

In Early July I'll be riding through Utah to Zion, the out to Colorado, the through Wyoming to Montana. I think, that for a few days, I'll qualify!

Lint, what are the dates if you have them when you come through Utah and Zion national park. If you have not ridden through southern Utah once in your life you are missing something. The only bad thing is some of the road conditions since Utah likes to do road snakes a lot. I have not been down there in a few years but my trip to Flaming Gorge this last and a side trip into Colorado on 40 into Masadona, Colorado and the roads where pristine and newly paved. Let me know and I will see if I can meet up. Thanks! Maybe we can get some Coloradoians to join in seeing that it is really a couple of hours off the border depending on their local in Colorado. I am hoping to see some other Utahns in the mix if it works out.

I'm in Montana, let me know dates and where you're riding and I'll try and meet you. I have two friends with VFR's as well who might tag along!

Hey 406steve, that would be cool this year. Good to hear your shout out. I've never been to Montana. Are you interested in a Utah Ride. Let me know. Thanks.

Anne Marie, let me know for sure when and where. I have that Sunday, Monday and could get that Tuesday off and possible that Wednesday the 24th if your dates are set. Do you have hotels or are you camping it? Let me know. From Salt Lake to Zions is about a 6hr ride. I can't remember who is close by Allanace or Duccman maybe they would want to meet up. It would be cool to see some of you coming into my home area that is feasible for me financially right now. Why don't you give a shout out to all of your friends since I have non riding right now and you have a huge following to make this at least a good couple of days. Thanks!

Hey Hubba Bubba.....it looks like a new member (VFRNut) lives in OOOTAH. Specifically, around SLC. Just an FYI in case you wanted to see about some local riders still.

I'm chiming in late, but just wanted to throw out that I'm a 2007 rider in the Ogden area of Utah. I also have an ST1300 as well. My VFR currently has a leaky fork I need to fix so she's been in the garage. Did everyone survive the summer?
