The couple times I saw them in concert the show was at least as much in the audience as on stage.
Some of their songs really stick in my head. RIP Jerry.

Has anyone really ever talked to anyone who was greatful to be dead? This being different than being greatful that there are some folks that we should be grateful they are dead.

Is there a relationship between "Keep on Truckin" and deadheading?

I think there is a relationship only if the lover doesn't provide lovins after all that truckin! Talk about the ultimate no payment...

I would like know if there is a chance to be grateful to be dead. Does anyone do channeling here?

Deadheading is not exclusive to deadheads. Truckers love it..

IMO the best biker type channelers would be harleydoods lookin for the "lifestyle." Probably a website somewhere aboot all that..

I read once they came with the band name looking at a dictionary while tripping on acid.
Wonder who did their album cover and other art. Some of that is pretty cool too.
Imho they were as much folk music as rock.

First time I saw them was circa 1978 at a college basketball arena in Illinois.
Security tried to stop people from smoking weed by shining flashlights at them.
    Boy, was that futile.
