I need a fuse panel cover and the HONDA dealer says it is no longer available and my local junk yard does not have one. Do any of you have one? I will pay -certainly. THANKS!!!

Donald, I don't think the stock cover will be of any help to you.
VF1000F fuse box is normally on the top bridge and the cover is a big ugly piece covering it.
You seem to have a custom frame far form the vf1000f.

I was going to take the plastic cover and trim off the part I do not need. Easy.
The frame is for this bike. I made the frame myself.

Wow! I will stop naming my modified vfkf a custom ;-)
Regarding the fuse box cover, I'll check my parts in the attic (while restoring the Christmas tree).

Find attached pics of the cover I have, including an under view so you can see the kind of under plate and modifications you have to do to fix it for your application. The mounting screw holes are on each side of the fuse holder (normally on the top bridge). Cover has faded and I cleaned it with "back-to-black" so it may look better than it is on the pic.
It is yours if you are willing to pay the postage fees from Montreal, Canada to your place, and possible custom tax that would be minim. Just email me the max you are willing to pay with your address and I won't ship it if its too much.

    OK....I see what you mean.
Well no point in cutting up a good part when it is plain to see that the fuse box cover is not really a cover per se'.
I would have to cut away 80%.
I will make one out of clear plexiglass. THANKS Dub!

Thanks anyway for your effort to dig out that part.

    That's nothing.
I had to go dig in the attic and this permitted me to locate another part I was looking for.

Good job Donald! That chopper is coming along nicely, have you got a chance to run some fuel through it yet?

    Have not run it yet.
Waiting on some special bolts for the handlebar risers.
Then I can finish the wiring.
I finished hooking up the cooling system and radiator fill.
The oil filter is new and the spark plugs are new.
    Shifting levers complete.
    Also several other items.
Getting very close now to hitting THE START button.
    Yes- it will be exciting.
