It's from a Japanese TV show but they strip the motor down so the visuals are worth it
Saw them start the bike at the Honda Museum during the Motegi MotoGP weekend in 2011. No need to talk about what it sounded like. they also had an exploded engine view on display in a glass case....6 little thimbles. They had the RC166 on display in the main entry as well.
No Japanese word for engine, front tire, crank, or piston........
I got to get my tool box organized! Waste so much time finding the tools I need! Great to watch professionals work.
Tamiya are supposed to be releasing a model RC166 engine, it's going have to be about 1/2 size to be able to be assembled, those valves are like nails on the real one
Would love to see the tiny parts in the five cylinder 125cc RC149. Both truly amazing bikes!
In my ignorance, I thought it was this motor for a second:
good advert for Snap On tools, wonder what the little 'badges' on his baseball cap were?,seniority?,wonder bit of kit
