Rubber stop kit for OEM panniers

    Hi all.
    I recently purchased a 2010 VFR1200. I found some oem panniers but i don’t believe the rubber bump stops are included.
    Are these absolutely necessary? I have the part number for them. Are they hard to source? I know the bags themselves are pretty hard to find and I just got lucky.
