Shock Horror, no more 5G Honda stators

Thanks OOTV, I might just have to get my old burnt out one rewound.
Lucky I didn't throw it out a couple of years ago.

 

DUDE! I must be getting old. A member found a post about me installing a 98-99 stator in my 01. I didn't even remember doing that. Anyway, other than the RR connector, the two are physically interchangeable, not 100% sure if output is identical. Here's the thread... http://vfrworld.com/threads/differences-in-stators.53182/

I work for RM Stator. We support VFR's in fact, we are making a video of the R&R process on my 1998 5th gen. (taking it on a 3,000 mile ride with my daughter in June-July) Shoot me your year make and model and I'll let you know if we make the stator and regulator / Rectifier for it. I know we make for the 5th Gen. . . .
