I recently installed the DMr fork and rear shock upgrade.

After bleeding the brakes, I think I am getting more front brake when I depress the rear pedal. I mean, like I don't need to use the front brake at all.

I guess I could have had some air in the rear hydraulic system, and now I don't, but I was just wondering what is normal.

What makes you think you're getting "too much front brake"? Maybe the back brake is just working much better than it had been.

I'd agree with FJ12, the rear is normally ok & not a lot more than that.

Just lots more front end dive. I usually mostly rely on the front. It could be that I haven’t ridden it much lately. I’ve been riding the BMW R1200S a lot more.

I am happy to restate, I love riding the VFR. It really is a great time

Is the fork oil height correct?

Jamie at DMr set them up for me. I assume he did it correctly based on the info that I provided him.

It could also be that you got used to the BM's Telelever front end and its lack of dive.
And make sure you set up your suspension sag, this could also be a cause.
