    Good afternoon,

This is indeed my first post, but I am a long time lurker. I currently have a 2010 VFR1200F standard shift with a Guhl tune (which is incredible), Penske suspension bits, a TwoBrothers pipe and a Corbin seat. Has the two hard luggage bags. She has just over 27,000 miles.

I can part with the Red Prominence beauty... But is it worth it?

I can trade my bike and toss $2,500 cash to the dealer for a literally brand new, 2013 (black) VFR1200F DCT with just 1,500 miles, bone stock, with hard luggage as well as the top trunk.

I have carbon fiber bits and pieces on mine, big deal... The tune will be an absolute must, as well as another seat.

Should I trade up for a three year newer bike with super low miles? I'm not crazy about the DCT, but I don't hate it either. Anything I should know about DCT's?

My bike is perfect and solid and I trust it in every way.

    Thanks!

Why bother? You have sorted the 2010. I say keep your money. Or spend it on prominence red hard luggage. 27k aint that many miles. Why if you are not crazy about DCT? Get a hold of yourself man!
