Hi, I want to get a yoshimura stainless steel exhaust for my 98 vfr800. I can't find vfr on their yoshimura website but I know they fit . Anyone know what other Honda bikes they fit that also fit 800 vfr??

    Great forum ! :smile-new:

    :welcome: to the world.
I have one on my '00. You have a 5th gen VFR which means 1998-2001 will fit. I looked around some but it looks like it's discontinued. :blue:

I must be misunderstanding. The muffler has a pipe made onto it and that slides onto the header. There is a wide band clamp that is about the size you are describing. That part is readily available...

AHHHH I see now. You are missing about a one foot long piece of pipe that comes welded to the muffler for our bikes. Do you have muffler shops over there? That would an easy made piece here.

I have asked mufflershop for cars, they dere a little hesitant about doing the job because the pipe I need is much thinner than they usually bend..

My yoshipipe muffler is used and were used on a Kawasaki before.. :)

What about having them cut the pipe off the factory muffler and weld it to the new one??
