Should count as two as he dropped the ball when he didn't use the center stand

No that's the only drop this year, broken broom stick and down she went-still I think these mishaps should only be a half drop=1/2.

    I've dropped 3 times across 2 bikes.

1st time was a cbf 125. Forgot to put the kickstand down and jumped off. Thing weighs 125kg wet so no issue there

    Then my vfr twice.
1st time was on centre stand in gear kicked it off centre and expected it to roll. It stopped dead and fell away from me. No damage thanks to a slider.

2nd time centre stand again. Was wearing slippers and washed it. Left the Kickstand down and as I took it off centre stand it landed on my foot. I must have pushed it away as it tipped up and broke the mirror off.

Anyone know of some decent after market mirrors?

Wow tuff subject. Haven't been down in a while from a accident lol. But when i was younger four times, always from old men or oriental drivers ( not trying to be a racist) the only time i played stupid was 8 years ago, i washed the bike and took it for a quick ride, came back and pulling in the driveway the front tire slide out with my kids watching. They said I jumped off and tried to save it with my hands still on the grips went about 10 feet before she dropped. It hurt my pride more than anything.

Three that I can remember, the last one being 30 years ago with the GS750. The first two were with the CB350.

I hope that does not mean I am overdue.....

    Edit:
Add 2 more on that CB350. Has been so long that I didn't remember a couple at first, but both were so memorable and unique that I may have to tell the stories when I am at a computer instead of the phone.

add another drop two weeks ago-fell down at garage door, another time hot tar lost my footing at a full stop-very minor scratches. I guess this year not so good that's three. the slider went 1/2 inch into the hot tar, but saved the plastic. The vfr is made to fall over.:spider:

1st one was in the early 2000's. I was at a motorcycle safety course and during the emergency stop section I slammed on the front break instead of the steady pressure. Went down.

2nd one was yesterday. Bike died on the way to work and when I put it on the side stand and the ground wasn't level and over she went. The worst thing is, is that I knew better!

OK. Having a bit of trouble following you. So I am adding two from your last couple posts then which includes the broken broom handle drop?

Ya. We all know better. Added to the Hall of Shame.

BTW. Mine has never dropped because of it being on too far a slant, but a few years ago I parked it at the Border Services parking lot in south west Manitoba to go in to take a shit. Came back just in time to stop it from falling against one of the border guards brand new black F250 parked next to me. Fresh pavement and the center stand sunk in so far, both wheels were now on the ground. Had a bitch of a time getting that bike straightened up. At first, I was on my own, but fortunately that guard happened by on his property patrols and I whaled at him to come over to help.

Ever since that time, each and every time I park the bike, I test the ground beneath the side stand to see if it is solid, or the bike is not leaning too far.

Gee, after seeing the whole list I think it's official: You don't love your VFR if you haven't dropped yet.
Thanks to those who submitted a story on how you dropped it. It sure is enlightening and better entertainment than watching "The Real Wives Of Orange County"
