Thumbs up on Fastest Indian. I wonder if the record still holds as of today. Its a pretty impressive feat. On a lighter note.... I think I found a movie with a "motorcycle" scene with some VFRW members. Can you identify them????

Oh Man I cant believe no one has mentioned the movie TRON.
Ahead of its time and went straight to video (Beta I think)
    Enjoy Mad Max and Stone.
Recently sat through The Motorcycle Diaries which was quite boring.
Dont wish to be banned from VFRW but really enjoyed 'Long Way Round' as long as the volume was down whilst Charlie & Ewan were talking. Got me back into bikes after 5-6 years.

Oddly enough just watched a Doco on genre Cinema where Quentin Tarantino listed STONE as one of his favourite Biker movies for the period.

    +1 for Beyond The Law
+1 On Any Sunday... There are a couple Dirt Diggers in it... including my Grandpa for about 2.5 seconds.

Torque is awesome. It's so over the top it's hilarious. There's a motorcycle chase scene that takes place on top of a moving train, you gotta love that!

Stone and Mad Max for me too. Stone is almost a perfect movie. Fans of Aussie 'cinema' will be certainly be satisfied. 'Fastest' is another doc. that came out recently. Kind of picks up where 'Faster' left off. Follows Rossi's career up to when he went to Ducati.

Who can forget the ultimate biker movie of all time "Chopper Chicks in Zombie Town." Possibly the seminal film that launched the career of our own la chica now appearing in "Why We Ride."

"On Any Sunday' for sure, Fastest Indian, the first "Crusty Demons of Dirt", all of the "Great Outdoors" documentaries.

How about "Little Fauss and Big Halsy"? Classic racing flick from 1970.

Yee Gods its a real movie. I've seen " Lesbian vampire killers " but never heard of "Chopper Chicks in Zombie Town " before. It stars " Billy Bob Thornton " so may even be worth watching ?

Yep, it's real and follows an American Lesbian tradition of when they run out of vampires to get off on, they go for zombies. Popular in Canada too.

"fastest" is my fav, but I love torque. it's just way too much fun. Other them dubbing over the glorious sound of the RC51's thumping twin for a gixxer 600 in the opening scene.... :eek:ffended: that's like dubbing a civic over ferrari. UUGH.

If someone says "torque" or "Biker Boyz" I think I may have to go to their residence and slap them. You know, like they did in the movie. With the back tire of their bike. But I don't know if it was a street bike or dirt bike with street fairings on it...

Pretty sure the 20+ people that went to see that movie pretty much ruined it for the whole theater.

Easy Rider aka "Poppin Peter Fonda". There was a sequel sponsored by HD that cast the two leads as zombies, called Sleazy Rider.
