How about a section under Forums to post you favorite humor posts. I think there should be some sort of "guidelines" though. I can just imagine some of the off colour messages and jokes that would be posted. If contributors common sense does not prevail, you can always ...OMG...the "C" word... censor them or delete the forum al together. I can assure you, I have some myself. But as someone previously posted, they sometimes have their kids and or spouses looking over...

Come Jan 6 will be my 20 year anniversary on this site. I have and enjoyed many threads on fun things on motorcycles, especially our VFRs. Lots of other talented guys have wowed me on their skills and restorations on their own bikes. I have contributed lots of things myself, from delinking brakes to hundreds of charging threads fix it stuff. Its been a fun ride. I really want to keep it going.

That said, regarding political posts, I have seen on another site where it disintegrated...

This is just curiosity, what started as looking up torque specs led to reading threads & posts (not on this forum) that eventually had people claiming they never use a torque wrench. People boasting their calibrated elbow and that they've been wrenching for 40-plus years & have never used a torque wrench cuz they're just that good. Some of these people even claimed to be professional mechanics, and the icing on the cake is that some of these threads were about galled threads.
