I like the previous sport-touring tesst bike a lot better. I'm not in the market for either right now. That maybe a good thing with all the delays with the gen 7 to date. Happy with my 04 FZ1 for now.

I think 1300 already has this covered. I would think they'd make two of the same...

I can look at this 2 ways.

    1) If this is the "New" VFR, Honda sucks.

    2) If this is simply a new model or a replacement for the ST1300, Honda doesn't suck. I can live with this since it addresses the 2 glaring faults of the ST1300, the 5 speed & no SSSA.

    KC-10 FE out...

Looks like Honda is taking some major design cues from BMW's K1200/1300GT.

That looks like an electronically adjustable windscreen for the new VFR. If so, thank you Honda, it's about fucking time. I'm also hoping for factory options (a'la BMW) such as cruise control, heated seats and grips, tire pressure monitoring, and electronic suspension adjustment. (In case you're wondering why I won't simply buy another BMW KGT, my first answer is that the Beemer is vastly overpriced, and I'm hoping that Honda can do it better for half the price.)

whats the point of a SSSA if you are going to have it hidden by the exhaust? Not a huge fan of the front end either...windshield is about all I like on it.

That thing is some kind ugly like a fugly last call gal at the bar. As it is, the only way I'd buy on of those is if I was blind and ALL the other generations became extinct.
Kinda like a hyper touring hybred bike... that is, of course, if their making those now.
