Recently got put on shared workweek Bummer? But now I am thinking that I might trailer my bike down south and get in a little weekend ride. Don’t wish to waste the days I have off just sitting around the house on the VFR site. When I could be with some new friends on VFR’s.

Would be coming from Buffalo, NY area.

    List of stuff:
    • Need a guide.
    • Looking for temp to be 50-60 range if not higher. (40ish ok)
    • Possibly last weekend in January or February. Ride down Friday start back Tuesday. (3 days to ride bike)
    • Wife probably won’t be along. But will try to get other riders to help defer the costs.
    • Could be a precursor to the 2010 get-together.
    • Maybe pick up a few others on the way down.

Just putting this out to see what response I get and if work keeps me on shared workweek.

Jan/Feb are the two coldest months in the South. Even though it's nothing like up North it will likely be cold so I don't know if you'll get the temps you are looking for. I try not to ride for more than an hour if the temp isn't above 40

    Regards,
    Rollin
