    man that's cool. You know what's amazing is that they're STILL using the 5th gen VFRs for police duty. You'd think that by now they'll be at least on the 6th gen?

    It's really neat ... I also wonder why they're still using the older generation ... unless they just don't have any need to change at the moment?

    When I was in Japan in 1990s they were still using the second gen bikes along with some inline four older GS Suzukis. They made the coppers wear full two piece leathers along with an open face flip up white helmet. I didnt own a viffer back then, got some pictures I may scan.
