Took it out for a few today & hit the off-ramps and Pine Mountain as hard as one can I guess. Found an awesome diminishing radius off-ramp coming off of I-185N (7B) with a dual radius turn, and the second half of it has an increasing bank that is unbelievable!

T'was my last time out on these sneakers for obvious reasons, but I was too damn boored to sit here all day... Anyway, anyone have a clue WTF is up w/ the wear pattern on my front? It's bout fried at 10 & 2??? It also has way more wear on the outside (almost no chicken strip at all) than my rear...

Well, you obviously don't live in Florida.

Because your tires are worn on the sides, not just down the middle. (I.e., where you live, there is more than just straight roads.)

How often do you check the air pressure? Did they ( what kind? ) come on the bike stock ?

Sorry bro- wasn't being a dick- I just didn't get your point at first...

I'm in Columbus GA (S. GA / Alabama border) now, and except for this bunny hill called Pine Mountain, this place is flatter than a pancake. When I was up in N.C. there were plenty of nice new 2 lane roads near Ft. Bragg though. The only real "twisties" I have been able to enjoy were up in Dahlonega G.A. ('bout an hour N. of Atlanta- straight up HWY400 in the Aplachain (sp?) forest), but that was only 'bout 200mi worth of fun. Most of my wear wasn't from having really challenging riding areas, it's from cornering the areas I know REALLY well at higher than acceptable speed...

I check the tires weekly, before long rides, and anytime there is a significant change in the weather. I doubt these BT016's were stock. The bike has about 10.5K on it when I picked it up, and though they didn't have any pinstripe or paint on the tread these looked damn new- which would be about par for the course considering who I bought the bike from. Everything was kept like new. I just passed 14K today on my little jaunt, so I figure these sneakers made about 3700-3800 miles. I put 3600 on em myself. I never thought about that before though- what did the '07's come stock with??
