    Hey there fellow VBFR brethren!!!

I have a 98 VFR... Just installed an Ohlins rear and have a stock front end.... I have the rear adjusted where it feels REALLY good. Now the front end feels way light... and in corners, I now get a slight wobble... not out of control, but nonetheless, it does reduce confidence and speed...

At high speeds the front end settles down...

Seals are good on front end....

Any advice on +/- rebound/pre-load adjustments??????

    Thanks...

On the center stand, sit back on the bike far enough to raise the front off the ground. Lightly move the steering back & forth watching for notchiness or sticking points.

As TNRabbit already said, head bearings should be checked but in addition to that, did you change the rear ride height with the Ohlins installation? I ask because you said that the front was stock so I'm assuming that the only change was the rear. If it's lower than stock, it could explain the issue or even tire condition and pressure.

As far as adjustments, I've only set sag using spring preload and raised the rear by shimming the rear shock which improved handling and ground clearance so I'll have to defer to others with more sophisticated suspension (that has these adjustments) to comment. Mr. Daugherty would have some ideas I would think.
