So let me get this straight, positive proof he swerved into the bike ejecting both riders, was let go from the crime scene with absolutely no remorse, and after the passenger was air lifted to a hospital, the Motorcyclist was cited for passing over a double yellow no pass zone...
How in the hell does any of this make any sense?
Was the driver cited for crossing over the double yellow?

This is the kind of thoughtless crap that really makes me tense riding with the wife. She always leads and every so often there's the occasional ass hat that tries to pass me, then tail gaits the wife to try and pass her on a windy back road. When she slows down to let them they almost hit her before they go around and as they go around, they come so close to her, it seems she's going to get forced off the road. 75% of the time it seems to be a beat up old clunker like the old piece of shit in the video.

 

No com system? Would help to warn her to get over. Seems everyone's always running late for something these days...

 

How many thousand of passes have we all done like that? Sucks out loud, glad they lived. The driver should do jail time and life time ban from driving, won't happen though. And oh yeh, F-SOW...btw, that video made the news in South Florida.

I'd also take him to civil court and sue him for as much as he's got. Which may not be much cause he's driving a 96 Sable. It would be so hard not to deck that asshole if I was the camera guy when he went up to him. I don't tolerate aholes like that anymore, I mainly just walk away from them.

Today Show did a piece on this this morning, he has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault (if I remember correctly, getting harder every day!). He said he would apologize to the girl, but not the guy.
