Anybody planning on viewing the solar eclipse this year? Will you be sprinkling extra cray cray on top of your normal crazy? Well, you best make haste planning in your cray, as it is coming up fast with only 27 days, 20 hours, or so left from the time of this post. I have already ordered extra tinfoil for my tinfoil hat so the :Alien::Alien::Alien: cannot read my thoughts......AGAIN. Let's not talk about when they tried to use "the probe" on me back in '09....but then I found out it was only toecutter with an :Alien: mask trying to get frisky.....so be on the look out for that as well.

Thought just crossed my mind.....hey A.M, are you planning on taking your students out to watch it? I remember our teachers doing that when I was in elementary. It is happening on a Monday and the west coast will start to see the beginning at a little after 9am. You being in Doodah, you will be pretty close to having a total eclipse. All kinds of weeerd shizzle is due to be happening, so you best keep MOTO saddled up and ready for FULL gallop!

See the graph below (snipped out of a newspaper) of how much eclipse you are due to see based on location in the US. Folks in a straight line from Oregon to South Carolina will be able to view the full eclipse.

I have the flight, rental car, glasses and place to stay. It will be dark in my location for 1:42. I had this all done by March 1.

Saw the one in 79', made a view box to see it in the 6th grade! this time it's my bday so I will be sleeping threw this one. My employees are making a big deal out this and having parties and shit, I need them to work a beer dinner! Bastards.;-) Some sites on the internet are posting this as the heralding in of the End of Times. If so, Why am I refinancing my condo? Someone needs to tell me things so I don't give some asshole in a Mortgage company $5,000 to reduce the loan life! I should have just taken a home equity loan and partied for the next 2+ months. Come on people get my email address and keep me up to date with shit like this. ;-)

Anybody planning on viewing the solar eclipse this year?

    Me Me ME

Will you be sprinkling extra cray cray on top of your normal crazy?

I'll be running out of teacher inservice to grab my homemade tin foil.

    You got it!
    The Problem: MIND CONTROL
    The Solution: TIN FOIL

My book I ordered says so:

    https://www.amazon.com/Aluminum-Foil-Deflector-Beanie-Protection/dp/1581603762

BUBBA!! I can fashion you an aluminum foil deflector beanie for your birthday protection. I'll throw in some rubbers to for all those wimins you should be linin' up. Stuka be on to something being end of world is your birthday and all.

Let's not talk about when they tried to use "the probe" on me back in '09....but then I found out it was only toecutter with an :Alien: mask trying to get frisky.....so be on the look out for that as well.

    He does owe some RnTs.
Would be a perfect time for him to be out and about enmask and undercover.
Watch out peeps...or line up early, whatever floats your tin foil fancy!

Thought just crossed my mind.....hey A.M, are you planning on taking your students out to watch it?

Unfortunately I won't have my students with me. Fortunately I won't have to fashion 22 tin foil hats and viewing glasses for the day.
I will plan on showing them these very simple graphics. Thanks for posting! They are perfect for this group and my students!

You being in Doodah, you will be pretty close to having a total eclipse. All kinds of weeerd shizzle is due to be happening, so you best keep MOTO saddled up and ready for FULL gallop!

If the sky starts falling, I'm running to Bubba in Utah. I'm sure he'll let me in the front of his line. Don't be skeerd Bubba, it'll be only to stand up front and charge the wimins for their chance to see you before we blow. Because I'll need to finance my last bit of blow somehow. Long bowed out of R3 and I missed that huge money-making oppor-tune-i-tye...

Again text me or email me what is going on! I will be sleeping off the early ride sunday and the evenings party effects! ;-) If the Aliens land, let them know that I am unavailable due to previous circumstances. But, if "ancient aliens" are correct they are already reading my mind and are the "god" that we want to call whatever and pray to. I have already thanked It or them for life and will be unavailable on this date if needed. No response back yet!

Oh god A.M. Wait how many rubbers do you carry? I think that I am covered. I would owe you much more than a few "Real Drinks" if you could make this happen with the wimins!! Its been a couple of drought years for the fishing pond! Oh shit did I just say this as a non active member of the "Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints" Oh, wait some say that they believe in aliens and procreation so screw the rubbers. Shit I am covered by this statement unless you work for me then this is both sexual harassment on both parts!;-)

As many as you need Bubba.

I think that I am covered...Its been a couple of drought years for the fishing pond!
I think you need more coverage, beings you had such a terrible time with your last lube and drought streak.
Heck, were all confused for a while there where that rubber ring was supposed to go...

Who else is going to have some solar eclipse fun? Share up so we can help Bubba not sleep through his last hurrah!!

    WARNING !
People are trying everywhere to buy welding lenses to watch the eclipse. A welding #14 lens is what is needed according to NASA. Most welding supply stores in the lower area of British Columbia are long sold out of #14 lenses. To take lesser lenses and try to make their number add up to #14 does not work that way and you jeopardize you eye site.

We strongly recommend against that practice. Go outside and take in the eclipse, but don't look at it. Watch it later on TV.

IMG_6456.JPG GG Jr. and I are in Columbia SC at Riverfront Zoo - here's a pic of partial eclipse - full eclipse starts in about 30 min and should last 2 min and 30 sec! Headed to the gorilla and monkey exhibit to see how they react

I'm so relieved this eclipse business is over.

NO more worrying about Bubba being alive or dead.
NO more funneling all my rubbers to him...well, crap, he's alive. Guess that continues. I'd rather you be alive, just to have you know.
NO more fashioning the hoards of tin foil hat last minute requests...it was madness keeping up with the demand once the requests started coming.

I couldn't leave anyone behind, but I barely had enough time to finish taping border up in my classroom today for the open house tonight.

Bubba, I had no students today (they start Wednesday).
It would have been so amazing to have them though!

Now what to do to keep myself busy since this eclipse business is over...

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY BUBBA!
