Here's a video that may help you see why PitBull are considered one of the best stands for your motorcycle, kind of funny too.

    Pit Bull is zinc plated.

    Woodcraft is painted.

Pit Bull is a no brainer. Very beefy and easy to use with total stability. No, I wan't paid to say that. When my bike is in the air, I want it completely stabilized and safe. Best motorcycle tools I own. Peace of mind is worth a lot.

I'd recommend getting the center stand for all the reasons previously stated. One additional benefit that I haven't seen mentioned: It allows you to invite women who like your bike to sit on it with their feet off the ground and fantasize that they're riding your "crotch rocket" which they love to do :Eyebrows: With a centerstand, there's no fear of them tipping it over.

I’ll check my computer to see if I have pics already but if not, I’ll see if I can put one of the bikes up on the front and rear stands some time later this week.

Here's one that I found. I also posted one using the front stand but on my Duc when the forks were sent to Jamie at DMr for rebuild.

If you look at the rear stand right in the middle of the upper arm, there is a bolt that goes through the upper arm and lift handle. This is an adjustable stand, the arm can be re-positioned to give a different lift or lift from the opposite direction (i.e. rotate arm forward to lift). The latter is useful in pit areas or when the bike is going to be on the stand for a while as the lift arm doesn't protrude behind the bike to become a trip hazard.

The front stand has an option for a removable handle for the same purpose, which is the model I bought. In the picture you can actually see the handle attached to the stand near the wheel. The Duc was on the lift for a couple of weeks while the forks were at DMr so removing the handle gave me a little more floor space.

For me, having more than one stand option is almost a necessity. Not only because I may have different needs to raise the bike but since I help friends and family with their rides, having options sure does come in handy. The PitBull stands are definitely handy for track use, unfortunately the ABBA stand isn't practical to bring along to use when at the track.

Excellent cheers for your reply OOTV looks a neat bit of kit. Had similar rear stant on my T595.

Now just use bike stand , the abba with its own front lift attach ment or a std front fork stand
