This is gonna sounds funny, but put this video on your phone, mount it to your bike, put it on the centerstand, then practice cornering while stationary. It works really well for practicing squeezing the tank with your outside knee, etc. You can practice braking, throttle, etc. Poor man's simulator, but this along with visualization can go a long way. A good no risk way of practicing good body position, keeping the weight off of your arms in braking, etc. I need a temporary way to mount my tablet to my bike now. Oh, hey Duccy, that's Pikes Peak, he he he
Put this on the simulator that California Superbike School has and add a fan in front of you blowing towards you and it's almost the real thing!
130+ mph on some of those sweepers up near the top......... pucker factor is high! I went up it several times when it was still a dirt road.
Better to user a VR headset. Like GearVR or Google Cardboard clones avaliabe for pizza money in the malls. And headphones.

Wish I've had the road to myself when I was up there. When the wind picks up and you have traffic coming into your lane. the puke factor goes up a notch.
Can’t wait two and a half hrs from my house Yee freekin hah Hey MO come on up and visit anytime bro Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Guy Martin is planning another go at Pikes Peak but not until 2019 I think and he is building a Ute to do it in (pickup) that he is building especially for it, would like to see him do it on his Spondon jobbie that he used last time now that he knows what the problem was, maybe do both at the same meet, that would be great to watch
It’s awesome right now for a ride but my bikes in Randy’s garage in Cali. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ducky, too bad weather sucked this spring there. I would have ridden up there like last February. You could have taken my steed. When ya leaving for Cali?
