I know there was some information from a couple months back about Delkevic having a full exhaust for our bikes. As of the date still no information on their site. I got in contact with them and apparently they do have them in stock, just not listed as they're waiting for their graphics staffer to make the page.

Per them it is available as both the full system or everything sans the muffler per the emails much like the other kits they make for the fifth and sixth gen VFRs. The sixth gen has bungs for the 02 sensors so this shouldn't be any different. As far as ID not entirely sure.

This is a photos of their sixth gen complete system. You can see the 02 bungs on the collector.

The Delkevic header on my 99 also has bungs for the O2 sensor that my bike didn't have. I can't imagine they would omit in on a new bike

Yea, iirc the fifth and 6th gens use the same routing for the pipes so they probably just made one collector to save some dollarydoos in R&D.

Wow, if true this is great news! I believe this would be the first full exhaust available for the 8th gen. Anyone care to guesstimate what weight savings and power/torque gains this full system would offer v. stock? My slip on Delk carbon mini exhaust shaved just over 7 pounds v. stock and according to the dyno on Delk's website it added almost 3 hp, so I can't wait to see what the full system can do. It would eliminate the cat, right?

It is stainless steel so you wont have as much of a weight savings as you if it was titanium. But with losing the catalytic converter you should be saving 10ish lbs there. On top of what you're already saving for dropping the stock muffler.

Cutting another 10ish pounds would be great and with no cat it should sound amazing.

Very tempting, very tempting - does anyone know if Delkevic offers a high mount muffler to go with it (which would make it SUPER tempting! lol)?

The bike came with it, but it does the job! I wish I could keep it shiny!

New information from them. They don't have a picture of them on the VFR but they do on the Crossrunner. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

Thanks for the pics - that 2nd pic looks like it might actually be a VFR Interceptor sans fairing as I see bronze colored wheels on the 2nd pic. Can you ask them to please send you some more detailed pics specifically of an Interceptor with the fairing both on and off? Also can you please ask them if they have a pic of the dyno graph for it like they do for many of their slip ons?

Forgive me for being naïve or not!, but what does a full system add to the bike? For $300 dollars having the slip on already. You saved 10lbs or 1.2 hp. Another $300 bucks to get another 1-2hp is stupid to me. F.ck If I lose 21lbs I get back 3hp that I lose every day being a fat ass at 220! Gym membership $10 a month x 3yrs = $360 and you may live longer to ride the bitch. In that time I may lose 50lbs / 7lbs per horse to actually use the true dry HP of the bike. The Bike is the bike and should be ridden as is. We all weigh between 150-250lbs. Use your money per your weight. Adding any of these weights to the bike is divided by 7lbs per horsepower. So if you are a fat ass like me I am taking 10hp out of the equations due to my weight on the bike stock while riding. It is funny to me that we spend so much on the weight or horsepower of the bike and the costly adjustments. But fail to equate our own weight. Its cheaper to make us lighter than the bike. Any manufactures figures do not account for rider weight or luggage weight and bags.

Compared to stock - I'm gonna guesstimate it cuts approximately 17 pounds when used in conjunction with their mini carbon muffler (-10 lbs for the headers plus -7 lbs for the muffler =
-17 pounds). As far as power I'm gonna guesstimate it will add a total of 10 hp compared to stock, again in conjunction with their mini carbon muffler (+7 hp for the headers plus +3 hp for the muffler = + 10 hp). In addition, you should end up with a VERY loud and VERY wicked sounding 8th gen! :D
