To make it short, I have à 93 with à charging problem. I've changed the regulator two times, put on a vfrness and changed the stator that was toasted.
Once the stator was changed I thought my problem was solved because my voltage was between 13.5 & 14.5 volt.
I took my Bike out for a ride and after two hour i rode back to my house and the bike died in my driveway.
The voltage was at 10.5 volt and after à full charge, the bike was not e en charging at 12 volt.
I tried 3 different RR i have on hand and they were all the same results.
The 3 phase on the stator are at 80 volt.
I dont know what to do now!

    I realy need help...

I'm gonna make some guesses - apology in advance if I'm wrong, please no offense intended......

There's an old saying - garbage in, garbage out....
So, I'm guessing you bought stators off ebay or have been replacing with Electrolux, Ricks or some no name R/Rs and stators?
You aready said you are using a VFRness...

B'for I go on - the number one thing you have to have is a good battery.. have you checked that? Get the battery load tested..it's possible a new battery could cure it, but if not.....
    Then... my 21 cents....
Check all after the battery is confirmed good. -- Search the "Drill" Run that test.
    - Ditch the VFRness!
    - Get the stator rewinded at Custom Rewind in Alabama. OEM if you could find it, but that's tough.
    - Get a good R/R from www.roadstercycle.com
    - Wire the R/R direct to the battery.
    - Eliminate connectors between the stator and R/R -

VFR's dont do well with less than quality charging components, so go from there.

Mello Dude, you are right on all your suppositions.
Today, I retested my stator without any modifications on my setup.
I have 80 volt between each phase.
I have about 1 ohm between the three phase and... I have 1.2 ohm between each phase and the ground .
Is my stator bad or could it be another thing?
My stator is brand new from ebay and is à Heavy Duty by Procom.

The consensus here is to only use a Honda stator, or get it rewound at a motorcycle specific rewind place.
    Procom stuff is crap.
+ 1 on making sure your battery is good.

Thank guys, I Will follow your recommandations.

But for now, I would like to know If with the result I have on my stator I can say it is bad for a refund.

Also, is there any trusted place in Canada/Quebec where I could rewind my stator?

You should get infinity (open circuit) between winding and earth.

As OZ states - you should have a completely open circuit - infinity on your A/B/C leads to earth. You stated, you have 1.2 ohms on each. Not good, junk. Get refund.
Cant recommend a rewind in Canada so...
You have 2 other options - as mentioned before, send the OEM used stator to Alabama and ask to have them rewind. Also asks for extra long leads, maybe 30 inches.
I have not done this yet, but plan to on my 5th gen. I have heard prices are reasonable. ~$125... Also, I have heard, best way to contact them is by phone call, and the gentlemen has MS so be patient.

#2 Buy OEM - Partzilla has the best price on this one that I have seen, but still $280ish, very spendy.

Next, I dont know your R/R situation, but the Roadstercycle site sells the FH020aa or SH847 and either is the current consensus best way to go as of now.
