Too bad Rossi crashed out. He was running a great race until the end. Would like to have seen a battle to the flag with MM

He saw the gap dropping and when he read +0.6 to Marquez on his board, he knew deep down he would have a fight he certainly wasn't going to win...couldn't run the pace late and admirably crashed out going for broke. Still think he shouldn't even be there, It's only his image at this point. Vinales is the #1 rider in that team now.

Shout out to Hafizh for his top 10, it was awesome to see his reaction when he returned to his box...it takes everything you have.

Rinns is coming good, another great ride and result for him. Hoping he does well at the final round in his home country.

I'm sure Rossi did the math and knew he would lose at his current pace. He has mostly ran faster than MV this year....

Although I was sort of hoping to see a last lap battle between MM and VR, perhaps it was better this way, definitely no chance of a 2015 incident to spoil an other wise good season! LOL

I was definitely cheering for Rins, he's been doing well lately, Suzuki in general seem to be and good to see them and Yamaha at the front in the past couple of races, it was getting a little boring hearing about Marquez and Dovi battling it out again!

If Rinns makes it onto the podium in Valencia, that will be the most podiums in a season for Suzuki in many, many, years. More interested in the test following the Valencia race, than I am in the actual race.....

Very happy and interested in Suzuki racing again in GP. Will Kawasaki ever come back? They have been doing so well in WSBK.

Takes a lot of cash to compete in GP.

yep, supposedly in the vicinity of $3M Euros alone these days...just for one BIKE. Real numbers are hard to come by, this info is held pretty close to the chest, for obvious reasons.

The "Point and Shoot" segment at the old Laguna brought back some pretty cool memories. Excellent vid, well done and the narrator had great flow.

I was at the corkscrew when Rossi passed in the dirt battling Stoner, I thought for sure they would show the footage of when Marquez did the same thing to Rossi in '13...but they took the high road, lol

WOW, that must have been cool to see that in person. Then later Stoner ran off the track.

Did you happen to see when Rea subed on a GP ride at Luguna? He did very well for never having rode one. I think it was the last GP race they had there.

It could have become the legendary Repsol Honda HRC Team with Stoner and Marquez...alas, it was never meant to be.

Those two pushing each other on a racetrack, on identical factory RCV machines, it would have been too much for physics to handle.
