Not that old (2012) but pretty cool none the less. This is bike #17......please help me im out of control

These little CBR125R's are more common in UK and Europe and not so common here.

This one is like brand new and has only 1,600 km on it. Came with a full set of Repsol leathers, boots, gloves..

What looks like black paint on the fairings and front fender is actually deep dark metallic blue, it really pops in the sunlight.

12 hour round trip drive to get this one

So cool!! There was one that popped up down here in Washington last year (not a Repsol). It was titled properly (I think) but was hard to pull the trigger on it.

17... you'll get no help from me.

    Pants are a bit snug, I’m a 33 waist unless I’ve had a huge shit. Then I can squeeze into them , they’re a 31 /32. LOL

    but everything else fits

I’ll use them more for display

had not seen one of those in ages! The 250's were a much better seller but NONE of the NX's sold well from what I saw.

CBR’s were a bit like that, The CBR250’s are cheap cheap cheap here in Canada. Buy a bag of chips get a free CBR250.

the 125’s were sold here in very small numbers. I guess in the UK and Europe where they have CC restrictions on what you can ride depending on your experience level ( I think it’s still like that) they’re more common.

here u can pass your test one day and go buy a CBR1000RR to ride the same day if you want.

When she had her previous job she would commute on it quite a bit. But now she works near downtown Seattle and there is no way. She can't really ride any bike because of parking anyway. Sucks. This job was a one year contract just for experience, so hopefully the next job is motorcycle friendly. Also she is a full time student so the pleasure rides have taken a hit too. It will be worth it tho.

I rode the little CBR125 today for the first time.

Fun little bike, with 13.6 HP at 10,000 rpm she needs some rev's to get going. LOL

Actually its alot like a 2 stroke, needs rev's to get off the line and isnt happy under 7,000 rpm, also no engine braking per say.

Interesting...I see the Honda GROM's in Houston a lot, and they seem to be pretty quick. Do they use the same engine as the CBR?

GROM's seem to be able to keep up with traffic at least until 50 MPH / 80 KPH.
