Thanks for the experience with Plastex....will add ABS glue and additional ABS material to the joints like I was going to do.

As far as the packing of the new pieces from Poland....it was a complete joke. Loose inside each box with plastic coated paperboard pieces as filler. They did wrap the pointed ends of the mid panels. And one box had a nice gash in it...thought for sure I would find a piece broken inside but, I did not.
Each piece should have been bubble-wrapped with pointed ends wrapped in thick paper or something. I use a lot of bubble wrap when I ship parts to buyers.

Anyways, I tried test fitting the upper cowl once again, but this time I put the windscreen in place....all mounting spots align pretty good. Will still require a bit of tweaking on the two side mounts...easily done.

Have taken all five fairing pieces to a paint shop; will update when I pick them up.

4/20/2022:....call to paint shop, was told that one of my repairs cracked, so they repaired it and will re-paint. Pickup is likely next week.

Picked-up all the parts on 4/26. Decided to use the OEM parts, got everything back together on 4/27. Went for a ride on 4/28, back to where I had my crash; trying to figure-out just what I did wrong.
Anyways all the parts came-out perfect. The red paint matches the old really, really, well. I had two people look to see if they could determine which was new paint, which was old...neither could.

Guess I jumped on the replacement parts from Poland way too fast. Just did not think I could get the original ones repaired/repainted. So now I have a painted upper cowl and both side fairings that I need to sell....no room to store them as spares.

I'm up in Flagstaff and could use the upper left cowl, mine has large missing parts; and the left fairing maybe.
