I wonder if those rearsets would work with my exhaust... Might be worth a gamble at $100 + shipping if he was willing to ship.
Honestly I'd love to buy the fairing mounts for that thing as well because they are unobtanium. I have no interest in shipping a fairing that large across the country though just for the mounts.

If your mufflers attach to the stock location, those rear sets are designed to bolt up in the same location.

Lowers are Telefix out of Germany. Most were sold thru Spec II in CA. Mounting hardware is nice, but they can be replicated. Attention to detail and a little modding can create a very integrated look.

There is really nothing special about the supplied mounts. It's pretty much just bent flat stock aluminum and longer bolts with aluminum collars.

Mine has gone thru about 3 iterations to refine the fit and look.

How do you know the mounts are included?

That is the mounting kit. Even still has the edging.

I assumed that is what's under the plastic & tape. But if I was going to buy it, I would not assume that. That was the point.

My mufflers use the stock locations, yes. I'm going to reach out to him and see if he's willing to ship the rear sets.

I'm sure I can finagle some type of mounts together. My apologies if I've asked before, but... do you have any pictures or could tell me which points you mounted yours to? I actually have all the broken bits from my mounts, I just can't remember how it was put together. I'm sure I can bend up something that would work. I just actually prefer the look of the 3/4 fairing it currently has. It would be nice the ability to go back and forth though in the future if I decide to paint the fairing and work out some kind of decal setup.

Yeah, I can get some pics.

I can probably even scan the original instruction sheet.

Speaking of Airtech... I just got a notification this morning that my VFR700 rear fairing received a shipping label. It may be the last VFR700/750 rear that gets made by them.

Still hoping somebody buys the business. I know that some companies have been buying limited numbers their molds, but I haven't heard of anybody coming in and buying the whole thing. They are pretty much the only source for a ton of vintage bodywork from what I can tell.

Thread on the 13x boards I've gotten all of my information on the Airtech situation from, in case anyone is interested: https://forums.13x.com/index.php?threads/airtech-closing-shop.385418/
