    Great.

Now I'll actually try and help.

Seems this link to a video matches your pics. Also if you search "laser extreme VFR" on YouTube you will get some more examples you can compare.

Sorry, I just didn't like the look of them?
I guess he wasn't looking for opinions.

    Nope.

"Hey, wat y'all think about these pipes?"

    Go sick.

"Hey, I'm currently trying to buy these (cuz I like them). Are they what they say they are?"

Don't know. But I'll take a look at the pics and see if anything rings a bell.

It happens. Praise opinions... after reading the room.

Laser JAMA (a Dutch company, btw) made their "X-Treme" end cans in a number of styles over the years. I have two that are both different than those in your picture. Here's an early CBR600RR "road legal" set, which never made it past my own "prototype" stage, unfortunately. The inner tubes were not removable, but they also made a "race" version without the extra tubing. (I could never find anyone to make me a link pipe, and I eventually moved on to other projects...)

This is a set of later-model X-Tremes, which I think came from a 6th-gen set of four, but I'm not sure--I just got the end cans from someone and never had the full set. This design included an internal baffle, which was removable, but it fits into the inlet side of the cans, rather than the outlet. I think these look much better, and they're still "E-marked" for road use in the EU.

No baffles to be seen, but they're in there!

The guy who made the link pipes was supposed to give me some "race" inserts as well, but he forgot to include them and, frankly, the exhaust is loud enough with the baffles.

If those are genuine Lasers they should be marked with the Laser logo somewhere, as with the "E-mark" if they're road legal (near the inlet).

    Ciao,
