1998 Series 5 VFR800fi Anniversary special build

As new, only done 2k miles since 1998! Fitted with special paint job, exhaust system, footrests, suspension, carbon parts, engine performance upgrade, Honda VFR bike cover and special colour coded Honda VFR pit jacket which is unused. It's number 6 of only 50 built and been in storage for 16 years. I wonder if many of the remaining 49 still exist?

      Not riding at the moment. Just removed the Datatool, kept flattening batteries!
      Hope to get it back to standard wiring and up for a ride out.
      Are the tyres not good, only 18 years old, plenty of tread!!!

      Got the alarm off and all connections remade but now got a two flash error code on the FI light. All the electrics work but not the fuel pump priming, so no go!
      Checked all the connections I can find, all clean, service manual suggests the MAP sensor, but after only 2,000 miles??? Pulling what hair is left out! Any ideas?
