    Sure, but I just don't want to have to think about the temperature when riding. I'd just like to have the fan switch do the right thing and ride.

    I've got a 1999 and the fan switch died. My reading suggests it goes on at 219F and off at 215F. Unfortunately the OEM part goes for $70. I bought...
