I'm am not an expert in any way, shape, or form when it comes to electricity. All I can say is that on my 5th Gen, I've had my phone on charge, my VFR powered up, and my satellite radio on, while running my heated garments, and all was well. I just can't recall if I ran my heated jacket and gloves at the same time I ran my pants and socks. I don't believe I did. Once the raopds are free of snow and ice, I'll do a test ride and report back. By the way, the phone, GPS, and satellite radio don't seem to draw a measurable amount of current.
