96 VFR750F won't crank

Pulled bike out of storage after two years and put in a new battery and got her running today. Ran like garbage so I drained gas and bowls, put in fresh gas and now it won't turn over. It's almost like the starter winds up a little bit but the engine never turns over now. I put it in first gear on the center stand and can't get the tire to rotate either. I can't believe its sized up, what could it possibly be?

Maybe you have filled a cylinder with over flowing fuel from a blocked float needle valve in the carb? Maybe pull the plugs out and see if the engine turns over/coughs out a cylinder full of fuel. Also check the oil level, fuel can run past the rings into the sump.
