Hi, I gave my NC24 forks to a mate to change the seals, and its gone a bit wrong! On the left leg, with the anti-drive thing, there's a little aluminium bucket that sits on the end of the damper rod, we're not sure which way up it goes, it seems to fit either way but it'll obviously only work properly one way round...
Does anyone have a manual or a diagram of this fork leg? Or know from experience which way up it goes?
    Thanks,
    Rich

YOUR mate's a wanker. ( But he was nice to help)

Both sides have the same "anti-bottoming cone", only one is stuck in place.

Put wide end down when assembling, and use locktite on the bolt.

WHY would you or your poxy mate even take it apart if you didn't have reference to a parts diagram or service manual??

THESE parts are safety-related, so read the manual!
