Hello all. Just finished a lengthly rebuild - 5th gen 2000 model with HISS. Now I can't get it to start, when I turn the key the fuel pump normally primes although sometimes fails to do so. It was running ok before I pulled it apart. Coils are sparking but injectors are not injecting. With the key on, and ecu disconnected, when I ground the injector pins I can here them click (as they should). I sprayed easy start down the throttle bodies and now it starts and runs for a few seconds. So I suspect issue with the HISS system or with the ECU itself, can't really be anything else if the injectors work when triggered manually. Would like to hear if anyone else has any thoughts. I'm pretty keen to swap a pre HISS ECU in. If anyone has a wiring diagram for 5th gen with HISS with ECU pinout that would be appreciated. I already have one for non HISS model. My harness has a few extra wires but I haven't been able to trace where they go to.
