Installed my PCIII USB today at lunch time. Took a whole 40 min and that included making the O2 eliminators and installing them. The instructions are very good. I did the O2 eliminators as per http://www.vfrdiscussion.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=20350

The bike is totally stock and I didn't change the map.

First thing I noticed is that if you blip the throttle from idle it accelerates much quicker and pops and burbles a little when it is decelerating - bonus! Pulling away from the garage it felt like the throttle was now connected by a short rubber band. Throttle response was slowed a little and all of the on/off throttle jerkiness (is that a word) is gone. It accelerates smoother with none of the surging at part throttle openings. It feels more like a carburated bike than a FI'ed bike. Also the VTEC transition is much smoother. So far so good.

So far it seems like a very worthwhile upgrade.

Fogot to say that I purchased it from http://www.cyclemartusa.com for $226 and had it in one week. Great customer service!
