Thanks, guys - luckily none of these little repairs will show because they are definitely not concours level...lol......

Just sick of seeing missing corners and sections where the fasteners go on these things. We've all been there. Get a new bike and take the windscreen off to clean/polish and there a big ol' washer used to hold things together because part of the ABS is missing. Talk about bush league!

Have you done a timing belt on that bad boy? I just did mine and the belt is walking. Not sure if it is too tight or too loose. I performed according to the service manual, but it creeped a bit. 2mm or so. AI is saying it could be either or.. not helpful.

All I have done is put a new stage one clutch and a superlight flywheel in it.
It pretty much came turn key autoX!!
I traded the VTR1000 for it!!!
