VFR1200F newbie says hi

    So hi! :biggrin:

    I don't know if I belong here but there's no specific 1200 forum so...

    I've upgraded from my '03 Aprilia Futura as after a test ride, the VFR1200 seemed like the best candidate. Don't get me wrong but none of the VFR generations spoke to me.
    For what it's worth, Honda shouldn't have called the 1200 VFR coz IMHO it's a completely different bike.
    Mine has a Remus Hexacone Ti can sans baffle by the way.

    It seems that many of us are agreeing with you that the 1200 isn't much like any others, even the generation prior.

    Perhaps this site could be a great tool to figure out these new things

    I do not think it would be a bad thing if we all learned a bunch about the 1200.
    Those of us that have been around a while should remember many of the same comments being made about the 6th gen.
