I am looking for an easy way to test if my Flapper is working. You can't just put it in neutral, as neutral kills the circuit that actuates the flapper. I suppose I could put it on center stand in gear and rev it, not sure how safe that would be (actually i have never done that....anyone?). I just want to see it actuate to know that it is working proper. Any ideas?

You should be fine putting the bike on the center stand to check it out. I lube my chain that way all the time and run the bike through the gears that way. I think there is sufficient weight over the front wheel to keep the rear up in the air. If you are worried about that, Place some weight over the front wheel.
