I loved the "Im leaving" thread! HA!:bs:

Everybody stay cool just saying Hi from Virginia...soon to be Memphis!

Looking at another VFR or a V-Strom, not sure which yet....

    Thread Hijack!

Hey Chomper, I love your avatar picture, but I wished you lived closer.

You have your upper body off the bike, but now we need to get your ass(lower body) off the seat!

Tuck that foot in on your peg as far in as you can and get off that bike brother LOL!

thanks guys, I am quite relieved to be at the end of the process, I figured I would stay away if I couldn't really participate on the riding end!

We are going to Memphis as my wife landed an excellent job with St Judes' Children's Research Hospital in Memphis. We have always lived near DC and thought 40 years might be enough of this madness. Also she wanted to do something to "give back" and be in a less cutthroat environment.

We have been on the market for almost a month and the response to our property has been good, but no contracts yet.:pope2:

Glad to see you guys haven't changed a bit!!!!

ps--you can go just as fast without hanging your ass off the seat, unless you are a real racer that is.......:bootyshake2:

Your technique isn't bad, just want you at the next level:strong:

And Slo is right...on the track it is a bit unnerving really getting off the bike. Especially the first time.

And the track, you will get addicted and it is expensive, or as expensive as you want to make it!

    VRO:

I don't miss the DC Metro area and I didn't live there nearly as long as you have, damn!

God willing Memphis will be in your near future.

thanks for the blessing! One way or another we are going, she has already been working for almost 2 weeks and we all go down mid-August.

The ironic thing is real estate in Memphis has not gotten the 20% haircut that DC has so we get crushed on this end and pay near full price on the other....
